  • Billing
    We automatically bill each month recurring on the day of your sign up (your Membership Start Date). Your billing period begins on the Membership Start Date and lasts up to the day before your next monthly billing date. Redeem your benefits during your billing period. Benefits will reset at the start of every billing period. Your discounts and benefits will be automatically applied upon checkout.
  • Commitment
    To see true nail care results, our Memberships start with a 3-month commitment. After that, your membership moves from month-to-month.
  • Freezing
    Going on vacay or just need a break? You can notify us via email at info@nakedbeautybar.com to freeze your membership for a total of 2 months per calendar year, either consecutively or at 2 separate times. Memberships must be on a month-to-month billing basis to freeze.
  • Cancelling
    Once you have passed the 3-month minimum commitment, you may terminate your membership with 30-days notice via email to info@nakedbeautybar.com.
  • How do I know which tier is right for me?
    Our team can help you choose which membership works best for you and your nail goals. In a nutshell, our Casual Membership is best for those who regularly get Gel-X or exclusively our Gel Special designs. If you get a Signature Gel Mani or Soft Gel Overlay manicure at least once a month, you’re a Loyal Member.
  • Are soft gel removals included?
    One (1) soft gel polish removal is complimentary per billing period for loyal members only. Soft gel polish removal can be booked with a service or a stand alone. All other removals after redemption will be subject to the corresponding service discount.
  • Can I switch between tiers?
    Yes ofc you can, simply send a change request to info@nakedbeautybar.com.
  • Can I use a gift card towards my membership?
    Gift cards are accepted as payment for your services and product purchases upon checkout, however monthly membership subscription fees must be paid using a credit card.
  • Can I use my discount to purchase products online?
    No, your product discount is for in-store purchases only.
  • If I can’t make it in to redeem my perk/monthly manicure can I redeem it the following month?
    No, all benefits are only valid for that month and do not roll over into the next month.
  • Can I share my benefits with a friend?
    Not at this time. All benefits and perks are non-transferrable and exclusive just for you.
