HEALTH AND SAFETY
Naked was built on the desire to make clean beauty and safe industry practices accessible in our community. It is our mission to maintain a safe space for our team and clients. We require all staff and clients to wear masks during their visit to the shop, among other measures outlined here.
Clients will be required to complete our Health Screening Form 24 hours prior to each shop visit.
There will be a PPE Fee ($5) applied to each shop visit as a result of the revised measures.
Kindly note we reserve your appointment time especially for you. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to allow you to check-in. If you are running late, we kindly ask that you call (not email) us to let us know as soon as possible, however if you are more than 10 minutes late we cannot guarantee your appointment.
We do understand that life is full of the unexpected, so we urge you to keep us informed should you need to cancel. Cancellations made within 48 hrs of your appointment time will be charged 50% of your original booking, plus 18% gratuity.
If you are feeling ill or suspect to be in contact with someone who is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please let us know immediately and we will waive your cancellation fee. Fee applies to all other cancellations.
For groups of 4 or more, we require 72 hours notice. Cancellation fees will also be waived if you or someone in your group needs to cancel due to ill symptoms.
We reserve your appointment time especially for you. If you're unable to make your appointment please let us know so we can make it available for others. If you do not cancel and do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of your service, plus 18% gratuity.

If you have Shellac/gel polish on prior to your appointment and require a removal, please ensure you include it in your booking. If you require a removal but do not book it, please give us a call or email email@example.com in advance of your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate.
We only work on natural nails using regular polish or Shellac/gel polish. We do not service hard (scuplting) gel and acrylics, including removing them. Please ensure your hard gel/acrylics are completely removed prior to your appointment, or our cancellation policy will be in effect should you arrive for your appointment with nail enhancements.
