We specialize in regular polish and Shellac/gel polish. We don't service hard (sculpting) gels or acrylics (liquid/powder), including removing them. Please ensure your gel/acrylic nail enhancements are removed in advance of your appointment or we will be unable to complete your service.
Shellac/gel polish chipping and lifting
We take pride in our Signature Shellac/gel polish service, and guarantee you will love it for up to 2 weeks! In the event of a chip or lift, we will be more than happy to fix it for free of charge, granted that you received your service in the last 4 days. Signature shellac/gel polish manicure vs. gel polish change
What's the real difference? Well, the way Shellac/Gel Polish works, it must be applied on a clean nail plate that's free of any oil, dirt, and skin. A proper manicure with full cuticle care is your best bet to a long lasting Shellac/gel polish manicure that is chip-free and lift-free.
We provide a 4 day "fix period" if your Signature Shellac/Gel Polish mani or pedi chips/lifts we will fix it free of charge. However, we don't offer any guarantees for our Gel Polish Change for this reason - sorry!
Kindly note we reserve your appointment time especially for you. If you're running late, please call to let us know as soon as possible. If you're running more than 5 minutes late we may not be able to accommodate your full service and in this case we will offer you a shorter service if possible, or may need to reschedule.
We do understand that life happens and things get busy. In order to service you better, cancellations within 4 hours of your appointment time will be charged 50% of your original booking.
For groups of 4 or more, we ask that you book through firstname.lastname@example.org or call 647-748-8899 and cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged 50% of your original booking.
